How long does a OneKEY last?
The OneKEY typically lasts between 1 and 3 years, depending on usage. The battery may run out more quickly if the button is pressed frequently without interacting with a security device.
How long will my OneKEY remain active after programming?
A OneKEY remains active for 12 hours after being programmed at a programming station. After this period, the key is automatically deactivated and must be reprogrammed to operate security systems. If you are using Access Manager, the timeout duration can be adjusted.
What happens if a OneKEY is lost?
As a OneKEY is automatically deactivated after 12 hours, your shop remains secure. If necessary, a new OneKEY can be programmed without any risk of unauthorised access.
Can I customise access levels for staff?
Yes, with Access Manager, you can specify for each employee which products or zones they are permitted to access, giving you full control over who has access to which secure items.
Can I let customers try out products on display?

How can I keep track of who has unlocked a lock?
